How do I use cheats for my R4DS
Okay, I have the R4DS, and I'm trying to get cheats on it. I already know how, but I have no clue where to save the cheat file! >:O
Also, when my menu starts up, I don't know what Multimedia is supposed to do, and I don't know how to actually USE the cheats.
When I load up a game, (such as Animal Crossing: Wild World) It just loads. It doesn't ask whether or not I want to use codes. I don't even know if it's supposed to ask!

What Do Experienced Lotto Players Do To Improve Their Odds?
In all games of chance, there are millions of people that are drawn to that game. And, everyone would like to improve their chances of winning. No matter what the game, their fans get together to play the game they love. And, they all share one thing in common. They are looking for that winning edge.
For each game, the players can be divided into groups; the vacationer, the beginner or novice, the recreational player, the student of the game and the serious player. What sets the serious player apart is that he knows the ins and outs and understands the nuances of their game. The common thread for all serious players is they know how to play the odds. They know how and have the self discipline necessary to use those odds to their advantage.
Here is a glimpse into their world. Now, this may sound strange, but I'm going to begin this article by talking about something that everyone has seen on TV many times. Let's talk hurricane forecasting. Using hurricane forecasting and gambling in the same sentence may sound strange, but actually they have a lot in common. So, how did I manage to link the two? Easy; the Cone of Uncertainty.
You've all seen the Cone of Uncertainty spread out from the hurricanes current locations. The most probable path is right down the middle. The less likely storm track is near the cones borders. It covers quite a large area and you would think we could do better. But, the forecasters are playing the odds. And, in spite of all the computing power we have today, the Cone of Uncertainty is the best they can do.
On the Weather Channel and the various news programs, you've seen the models showing the most probable landfall locations, as well as, the storm tracks that are less likely. Let's try something. Instead of looking straight down from space at these models, let's look at them horizontally. Pretend you're on a boat looking toward shore. Next, draw a graph that shows the most and least likely landfall locations. It would look something like this.

To anyone who has taken a course in statistics or probability, you will recognize this as the infamous Bell-Shaped Curve. The most likely outcome is the one right down the middle (50) and the least likely outcomes are those located on the fringe to either the right (0-10)or to the left (90-100). In fact, if you move farther to the right or to the left, all of the weather forecasters models assure us that the hurricane will definitely not make landfall there(0 or 100).
If you were a gambler, how would you take advantage of this information? You might bet that landfall will occur between 30 and 70 because there is a very high probability that the hurricane will do exactly that. Also, a bet that the hurrican would hit between 0 and 30 or 70 to 100, would not be a very good bet because the odds are against you.
Back in the day, comedians joked about the the weather forecast, but today, with the help of computers, everyone is glued to the TV waiting for the next report. A striking parallel exists for lottery players. Serious lottery players couldn't do what they do today without the modern computer and some serious lottery software.
Serious lottery players use their lottery software in the same way the weather forecasters do. A player can create numerous bell shaped curves describing various aspects of a lottery's performance. From these curves, the player makes lottery predictions that improve their chances of winning the lottery jackpot by not wasting their money on low probability events. This is not some closely guarded lottery secret nor is there anything magical or mystical about it.
Making lottery predictions is similar to making weather predictions. Using the lottery's historical record, the lottery player creates what is called, an abbreviated play list that they believe represents the most likely outcome. For instance, the player might create a 30 number play list for a 6 out of 49 lottery.
The trick is to make a play list that has all six winning numbers in it. This is done by making logical choices based upon the historical record. The lottery strategy, in its simplest form, is this. By concentrating his lottery budget on highly probable events, the players can improve their chances of winning the lottery jackpot.
