I would recommend though that you go to the R4 DS firmware page, and download the latest drivers, as they are often updated there. Once you've copied your system files to the micro SD Card, it's time to load the games and homebrew ...

R4 Nintendo Ds Lite ?

I was looking and purchasing the new R4 chips these are called R4 SDHC. but i am not sure if these are legal to sell in the uk?

The R4's do not come with the Kernel/Firmware therefore does not provide any software to use for copyrite infringement.

So are these legal to sell in the uk or not
